$30 per hour - Coworking “shared offices” start at $250 per month.
- Mailbox for $300 annually.
- Daily co-working spaces starts at $25 per day.
Current Tenants
Tech Rent Subsidy Program
HDC has a tech incubator program that offers a rent subsidy for new tech tenants. Any tech office that is accepted into the program will receive a rent subsidy that scales up in price over two years time. The first 6 months the tenant would only pay 20% of their rent, and it increases by 20% each six months until the end of two years when the tenant would be responsible to pay 100% of the rent.

Tenant Space Request Form
Current tenants at any HDC location (The HUB, Business Center, and Indiana Building) are welcome to request space free of charge at any HDC location provided there is availability. Additionally, those looking for space must submit space request forms in advance of the event. Fill out the form below to view available space and request what fits you for your event. An HDC Staff Member will contact you as soon as possible to confirm
