HDC has a tech incubator program that offers a rent subsidy for new tech tenants. Any tech office that is accepted into the program will receive a rent subsidy that scales up in price over two years time. The first 6 months the tenant would only pay 20% of their rent, and it increases by 20% each six months until the end of two years when the tenant would be responsible to pay 100% of the rent.
