Our Strategy
Education
Our Food Entrepreneur Program will provide both general business education as well as classes specifically designed for food entrepreneurs so that you can run a successful food business
Community Kitchen
Start-up food entrepreneurs can rent the HDC Community Kitchen to prepare their products in a commercial environment and comply with all state health regulations and avoid the liability of cooking at home. SERVSAFE certification required.
Rates start at $20/hour
Pop-up Café
Start-up food entrepreneurs can rent the Pop-Up Café by the day, week or month in order to test out their products and service before making the substantial investment in renting a restaurant or catering space.
Rates start at $200/week
